Class Choices

Lyndal offers a range of yoga classes in North Brisbane. The yoga classes are in Mitchelton, Keperra and The Gap.  The yoga classes are suitable for beginners or someone who has been practising for longer. There are 6 – 8 week classes in various venues.   Some of these venues take casual students.   There are also Sunday Long Slow classes held every couple of months which are suitable for most people.   Lyndal teaches private classes for one or two people catered specifically for your needs and private group classes at your home or chosen venue, in workplaces and sporting venues etc.

Lyndal Thomas Yoga offers a range of yoga classes on the northside of Brisbane. Yoga courses run in 6-8 week blocks throughout the year at Keperra, Mitchelton and The Gap from $13 per class. Casual classes are available on Monday and Tuesday evenings at Mitchelton and Wednesday evening at The Gap for $16 per class. BYO Mat

If you are unable to commit to a weekly class or only want to come occasionally the casual classes may suit you best.  Casual students are welcome to come along to a Monday or a Thursday evening class at any time.

Lyndal holds 2 hour Sunday Morning classes once or twice per year. These classes are suitable for just about everyone and will be focussing on gentle, slow postures, breath and being present in the moment.

Private Classes and Group Classes

Private Classes and Group Classes

Private group classes can be individualised to work specifically with your own personal goals.  They can also be done with friends or family members that may all want to do yoga together but can’t find a time to suit them. You can have these classes anywhere you have the space for it. You can choose whether you all want a more vigorous style of class or a predominantly gentle and relaxing style, whatever best suits you as an individual or group.
